Who we are
This website is published by Don’t Skip Humanity, operated by HUMAN IMPACT LAB UNIP LDA, a company registered in Portugal under tax number (NIF) 516897543, with registered office at Rua João de Barros 6, 5D, 2825-468 Costa da Caparica, Portugal. Free Fish is a co-production between Tellers Productions and Don’t Skip Humanity. You can write to us at studio@dontskiphumanity.org.
Use of the website
You can browse the website, share links to it and use the information here to organise a screening, cover the film or get in touch. You may not use the website in a way that damages it, interferes with other people’s access or breaks the law.
The film and its materials
The film, the trailer, the stills, the poster and the texts on this website are protected by copyright. They belong to the production companies or are used with their permission. You may not copy, download, edit or redistribute the film or its materials without written permission. Journalists may use the materials in the press kit for editorial coverage of the film.
We expressly reserve all rights over the contents of this website and the film for the purposes of text and data mining, under Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790. They may not be used to train artificial intelligence models or for any automated extraction of content.
Protecting the people in the film
Free Fish documents real people living through the genocide in Gaza. Out of respect for their dignity and safety, stills, frames and images of the protagonists may not be reused, edited or placed in a different context outside editorial coverage of the film. If you see the film’s images being misused, write to us at studio@dontskiphumanity.org and we will act.
Screenings
A screening request sent to us by email is a request, not a confirmation. Screenings are agreed case by case and may involve a written agreement and a screening fee. Sending a request does not create a licence to show the film.
Donations
You can support the film with a donation on this website. Donations are processed securely by Stripe and are received by HUMAN IMPACT LAB UNIP LDA. Your card details go directly to Stripe and we never receive or store them.
Donations are voluntary, final and do not create a right to goods or services. They are not tax deductible as charitable donations. If you donate by mistake, write to us at studio@dontskiphumanity.org and we will help.
External links and services
This website links to external platforms, like YouTube and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Their own terms apply.
Accuracy of information
We keep the website up to date, but festival dates, screenings and other details can change. The information here is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damage that results from using it or from not being able to use it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by Portuguese law and any dispute belongs to the Portuguese courts.
